We have extensive experience within the community of newcomers and therefore know well what their capabilities and limitations are in different professional sectors.
We give personal guidance to newcomers and explore with them what their long-term wishes are. In doing so, we look for suitable work. As a result, employees are generally well motivated and the work we mediate for is well within their capabilities.
We offer newcomers additional guidance, such as training, and we relieve employers of the burden of applying for work permits (which may be required) and other administrative burdens.
Thanks to our mediation, employers are provided with well-motivated employees and make a contribution to society as an employer.

How do we support you as an employer?
We support you by properly screening newcomers for skills and motivation. And by providing newcomers with additional guidance in their work and discussing with them how they can increase their added value for the company. We also support you by taking practical work, such as applying for work permits, off your hands.
What are the advances for me as an employer?
By social entrepeneurship, we mean that you are not only interested in money and profit, but that you want your company to make a positive contribution to society. This can be done by going the extra mile or two. Only participants with an eye for society are welcome. We look at the possibilities for each participant. A hairdresser, for instance, can only work with natural products. We want to do social good and also see entrepreneurial opportunities in the circular ecoonomy and in achieving a more inclusive and sustainable society.
Do I get a subsidy on my payroll?
We are here for anyone who wants to get started as an entrepreneur with a positive social impact. Experienced entrepreneurs are welcome. But you certainly don’t have to have experience. Even if you think entrepreneurship is still a step too far, you are welcome. We will help you to take intermediate steps.
